Je m\u2019appuie sur une \u00e9coute fine \u00e0 la fois \u00e9motionnelle, corporelle et narrative, et je travaille dans une <strong>position collaborative et non directive<\/strong>, sans jamais forcer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux souvenirs ou aux \u00e9motions. <strong>J\u2019ajuste en permanence<\/strong> l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du travail pour rester dans la zone optimale de travail de la personne accompagn\u00e9e. Je suis garant du cadre de travail afin de permettre un travail efficace dans le respect de mon \u00e9thique et de la d\u00e9ontologie de l&rsquo;EFTi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dans mon parcours EFTi, suite aux cours organis\u00e9s par l&rsquo;IBK, et au passage de l&rsquo;examen th\u00e9orique, je suis actuellement dans une pratique de s\u00e9ances offertes aux clients (s\u00e9ances gratuites) dans l&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;obtention de la certification d\u00e9but 2026. Elle consiste \u00e0<strong> tapoter<\/strong> doucement sur des points pr\u00e9cis du visage et du haut du corps <strong>tout en se \u00ab\u00a0concentrant, ou disant ce que l\u2019on ressent\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> : une \u00e9motion, un souvenir, une peur ou une situation qui pose probl\u00e8me. Elle est une forme de psychologie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"786\">Quand nous vivons du <strong>stress, le corps peut rester bloqu\u00e9 en mode alerte,<\/strong> m\u00eame une fois la situation pass\u00e9e, longtemps apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e8nement. <strong>L\u2019EFT aide le syst\u00e8me nerveux \u00e0 se calmer et \u00e0 retrouver un \u00e9tat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1028\">En associant l\u2019attention port\u00e9e au probl\u00e8me et le tapping, le cerveau peut <strong>rel\u00e2cher progressivement la tension \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong>.
